About the CIPFA Benefits and Revenues Service
CIPFA Benefits and Revenues Service is able to offer you a complete package of support for your benefits and revenues service. Our highly successful consortia are an effective way to ensure your authorities keep up to date with all changes.

Subscription CBRS is a highly flexible service and is designed to recognise that local authorities each have different requirements. We have therefore structured the service into three consortia:
- Benefits Technical and Professional
- Revenues Technical and Professional
- Leadership Performance and Management
The three separate consortia are accessible individually, but together complement each other in offering a complete package of support that is greater than its individual parts.
Your membership gives you access to either one or all three of these services.
As a subscriber to CBRS you receive the following benefits:
