Sandra Moss is the manager of the CIPFA Better Governance Forum and a senior manager within IPF. She is a Barrister by profession and has over 20 years of experience working for a range of public and private sector bodies . She is an experienced manager, trainer and advocate and is a member of the Bar Council's disciplinary panel. A regular speaker at seminars and workshops on such matters as governance, ethical standards, counter fraud and employment issues. Her claim to fame is that she was previously in the Chambers of Lord Irvine of Lairg (formerly Lord Chancellor) and that of Tony Blair (former Prime Minister).
