The Network will act as an independent body, to promote the development of best practice in the formulation and implementation of innovative improvement in healthcare service provision through the sharing of information, ideas and experiences in a consultative and open style. This will provide participants with the guidance, ideas and tools they will need to effect meaningful change in their own organisations.
Payment by Results - 2010/11 tariff and guidance
Although the final tariff won’t be available until mid Feb (the DH have put the timetable back), the roadtest package (tariff, guidance, HRG grouper etc) should be available in December or worst case, early Jan.
The Department of Health has stated that there will be NO structural changes between roadtest (ie draft version) and final release and they DO NOT intend to make any amendments to prices either. Therefore the workshops which will be delivered in January 2010 will contain enough robust material to make them worthwhile for attendees. Any key issues prior to the release of the final tariff will be flagged up in these workshops.
