The Network will act as an independent body, to promote the development of best practice in the formulation and implementation of innovative improvement in healthcare service provision through the sharing of information, ideas and experiences in a consultative and open style. This will provide participants with the guidance, ideas and tools they will need to effect meaningful change in their own organisations.
