Mohamed Hans is one of CIPFA Networks’ Performance Improvement Advisors. His key area of focus is everything and anything to do with public sector procurement.

As an IPF advisor, Mohamed has spent the last 3 and a bit years helping local authorities and other public bodies address the challenges of delivering better procurement. Mohamed's key area of expertise is EU Procurement Rules and he has delivered regular training and guidance in this area.

Mohamed is an accomplished speaker and has presented at several large procurement conferences over the years and he is in great demand. He has a particular way of delivering procurement with a sense of humour.
