Knowledge Bank contains a range of tailored information, updates, documentation, case studies, event materials, how to guides and special commissioned analysis of key issues affecting the public sector – all written for the busy practitioner in mind.

The database is regularly being added to and we encourage organisations to submit their documents to build the resource. The idea behind Knowledge bank is that one of the best ways for public sector organisations to improve is by helping each other and sharing good practice. How to search Knowledge Bank

You can search the Knowledge bank in two ways:

  1. Use the "document areas" to identify documents related to a particular area
  2. Or use the "search" facility to identify research based on your keywords or phrases
