Looking ahead to March 2009

Over the next six month period to March 2009, the Performance Improvement Network will help you with your day to day challenges, through practical support and advice. This updated Service Plan sets out information relating to some of the topics we plan to cover over the next six months, including details of specific workstreams and open learning courses.

For us, a workstream is a way of focusing on a complex topic that demands in-depth attention. This involves extensive background research, discussion papers and workshop series, leading to further documentation and “how to” guides.

Open Learning Courses involve interactive workshops on a specific issue to develop key skills for improvement. Each open learning course is a stand-alone event that can be booked separately; delegates will benefit from attending any or all of them.
