Modelling techniques

We will use the following sophisticated models developed by ORH specifically for UK police services:

• An optimisation model that identifies and evaluates optimal locations for police stations and optimal deployments of front line resources by location and time of day.
• A simulation model that is used to answer a wide range of key questions by evaluating the impact of options for change on call response and resource utilisation.
